Prenatal Massage
This prenatal session uses a combination of Swedish technique, gentle stretching and soft tissue releases that all ease tension and calm the nervous system. This is a time for relaxation and an opportunity to discuss any specific restrictions arising from your pregnancy. With the goal of having a more comfortable pregnant body. This session is 90 minutes.

Spinning Babies® Body Balancing
This hands-on session aims to be both relaxing and informative. We will work together to make more space for your baby in both active and passive releases that will aide in relieving discomforts and promoting responsive soft tissue in preparation for birth. While this technique is benficial for all pregnant bodies it can be particulalry helpful for those in need of encouraging a spontaneous change in fetal position.

Stephanie's Signature Massage
This massage applies 25 years of acquired techniques with a Swedish base. This 90 minute session allows time to address chronic or acute issues while also providing deep relaxation. This session is great for anyone and isn’t specific to birth.

Focus Massage
If you are dealing with a chronic or acute issue this 60 minute session provides full focus and attention there. This session is also great as an add on or follow-up and can be beneficial in combination with other ongoing treatments such as Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Acupuncture.

Partner Massage
Learn the benefits of hands-on massage techniques for your pregnant partner during pregnancy and labor. This is an informative and bonding experience that will empower you as a support person.

Facial Massage
Therapeutic attention to the face, jaw, neck and head. We will nourish the skin and tend to the tension held in the upper body. This session is 60 minutes

Movement
These sessions are based on practices from Body Ready Method® and/or Restore Your Core® which involve gentle exercises to strengthen and prepare the body for birth or recovery from birth. This program is also beneficial for all working toward a better understanding of how they are moving in their daily lives or recovering from injury or birth.

Childbirth Education
Tailor your birth education to your own schedule and specific needs in a private setting. These classes are 3 hours each. One is a good start and two is recommended
